How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Orders within the US will receive an email with tracking information once the item is processed and shipped. Tracking information is NOT available for international/APO/FPO shipping.

How do I initiate a return or exchange for a product I purchased?

Products are available for returns or exchanges within 30 days of its delivery and meet the required standards. More information available here.

RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE

 

RETURNS

  • Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
  • Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant CANNOT be accepted. 
  • If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to DENIAL.
  • Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. 
  • Please include your name and order number.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.

When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. If a return is denied, the item will be sent back to you.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Packages will be processed on a first-come basis. Please allow up to 7 business days for our Return Department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our Refund Policy and include Exchange Instructions/order number with the return. If your item is damaged, please contact our support for assistance.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time. However, we cover shipping costs on eligible exchanges.

We outline some simple guidelines about how a 100% Cotton or Cotton/Poly blend T-Shirt should be correctly cleaned and cared for. By keeping the following 9 rules in mind, you can significantly slow down the natural aging of your T-Shirts and ultimately prolong their lifespan.

How to clean and care for a T-Shirt, so it lasts longer:

- Wash less
- Wash with similar colors
- Wash cold
- Wash (and dry) inside out
- Use the right (amount of) detergents
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron on reverse
- Store correctly
- Treat stains immediately!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be modified or canceled until they are shipped.
